With a major dental phobia, ( hence the need for a great Dentist) I found that Dr Shock is thoughtful and considerate. Not to mention skilled at his craft. The State of the art facility with a spotless appearance put my fear at bay! I was offered headphone but as it turned out I brought my own. I highly recommend your favorite “feel good playlist” if you have any sort of anxiety during procedure. So thank you Doc and entire staff for doing what y’all do. With appreciation and best wishes. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with this office staff, dental hygienist and dentist. The office staff was super nice, friendly and patient. The dental hygienist Tiffany was extremely thorough and provided extra attention to detail. She explained what and why she doing the tasks she was doing. Dr. Shock was very attentive and provided easy explanation of what he was doing and why. Made and explained costs up front. The office was very modern with technology and very clean.

I had the most pleasant experience here and for me to say that is a big deal. I have extreme phobia when it comes to going to the dentist. As a new patient I arrived and was greeted very kindly. When I sat in the chair, Dr Shock was careful to explain everything he was doing. He assured me he would stop at any point. I needed a minute to keep my composure and he immediately stopped and chatted with me until I was ready to resume my exam. After x-rays and an exam he discussed recommendations. When leaving, I scheduled my next appointment and the priority was to pull a tooth that was infected. I could go on to tell you how well that appointment went!! Getting myself into the office was the first hurdle but they were so patient with me. After the appointment I was presented with a plan moving forward and what my insurance would cover. This is my new dental office and I would recommend him to anyone!
