Your first appointment is to evaluate your dental health and discuss your options for treatment moving forward. Once we discuss your current condition, we will go over your insurance coverage on treatment and any co-payments.
We are in-network with most major carrier PPO, and PPO Medicare plans. If you do not see your insurance carrier here, not a problem. We can still see you as an out-of-network patient and bill your insurance. You would pay upfront and your insurance company would reimburse you directly until we are credentialed with them.
We also take CareCredit and LendingClub and can apply for you at your next appointment. Just let us know! Apply for Financing!
