Insurance Plans We Accept

Your first appointment is to evaluate your dental health and discuss your options for treatment moving forward. Once we discuss your current condition, we will go over your insurance coverage on treatment and any out-of-pocket payments.

For those without insurance, our new patient appointment fee is $300.00 and our emergency appointment fee is $150.00, which does not include the cost of treatment.

For those with insurance, we don’t accept. Don’t worry, we will send a claim to your insurance so you will get directly reimbursed for the treatment you paid for here at the office at their out-of-network coverage rate.

We take most PPO and Medicare plans. If you do not see your insurance carrier here, not a problem. We can still see you as an out-of-network patient and bill your insurance. You would pay upfront and your insurance company would reimburse you directly until we are credentialed with them. If you have one of those insurance companies for your dental benefits, we will go over your coverage at every appointment and make sure you are fully aware of any expenses before your treatment.

We also take CareCredit and TuaPay and can apply for you at your next appointment. Just let us know!
