This is the best dentist I've ever had! Dr. Shock is Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, who actually takes the time to analyze your charts, speaks with you to understand your likes, dislike, concerns, and explains the treatment plan in a way that gives you confidence in the journey together and the end results. I had my cavities filled and they used latest technology, medical procedures, and above all, plain Ole simple "patient care"... to make the visit so much more enjoyable. It's very obvious Dr. Shock care, just genuinely cares about patients, their teeth, their well being, and their happiness. I feel this is not just another Dr. Office... this is start of something new, something good. I feel they are going back to the basics of "health care is about patients, and their well being. This is my new dentist office. I started coming here last month. The dentist and staff are super nice. The secretary at the front desk is very sweet and friendly. I have OCD and this office is super clean which is comforting. I have severe anxiety with dentist and getting work done on my teeth. I had to get root canal work done and Dr Shock did everything to make sure I was calm and not nervous and felt zero pain. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.
