Dr. Shock is Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, who actually takes the time to analyze your charts, speaks with you to understand your likes, dislike, concerns, and explains the treatment plan in a way that gives you confidence in the journey together and the end results. I had my cavities filled and they used latest technology, medical procedures, and above all, plain Ole simple "patient care"... to make the visit so much more enjoyable. It's very obvious Dr. Shock care, just genuinely cares about patients, their teeth, their well being, and their happiness. I feel this is not just another Dr. Office... this is start of something new, something good. I feel they are going back to the basics of "health care is about patients, and their well being. They are leveraging latest technology and medical procedures for better patient care and i saw that in pracitce first hand today. The staff, nurses, everyone is just as helpful and nice.
